In these sessions I will scan your energetic body and field and pinpoint the energy, chakras and places in the body that are in need of energetic release. Using channeled Source light energy, we will unwind and release this energy that is no longer serving you and boost the energetic frequency of these areas, allowing for a future built on fresh energy, perspective and vitality.
You will also be given actionable, easy exercises you can do to promote and sustain the energetic shifts made during the session.
